Yates Thrive Natural Garden Lime 2 Sizes

Thrive Natural Garden Lime is an all purpose certified input for organic gardening that contains natural lime (calcium carbonate) from Te Kuiti, King Country, NZ. Garden Lime adjusts soil acidity and helps to maintain the pH at an optimal level enabling plants to easier access nutrients both in the soil and from other applied fertilisers while the natural calcium helps to strengthen plants.

Directions For Use

For light / sandy soils apply 75-150 g/sqm.

For heavy clay soils apply 150-300 g/sqm.

For new garden beds apply evenly to the soil and dig in.

For existing garden beds apply evenly to the soil and lightly mix into the soil.
Repeat after 12 weeks.

For lawns apply 35-75 g/sqm and water in immediately.
Repeat after 12 weeks.

Always water in well after application. Ensure all product is washed off the plant.

One adult handful holds approximately 300g.

Apply in autumn and winter.

Do not apply close to acid loving plants such as azaleas, camellias and rhododendrons.

Tip Watch for these tell tale signs of an acidic soil. Yellow tips on young growth of plants which indicates that the soil requires addition of garden lime.

Precautions

KEEP OUT OF REACH OF CHILDREN AND PETS.

Do not apply if the maximum temperature exceeds 30 degrees, the soil is dry or plants are suffering moisture stress.

The use of gloves, dust mask and safety glasses is recommended.

Store in a cool, dry place out of direct sunlight.
