LOYALTY CARD TERMS & CONDITIONS

 • The loyalty card remains the property of California Home & Garden, and must be returned on request.

• Use of the loyalty card implies acceptance of the terms and conditions of use.

• The California Home & Garden loyalty card and/or rewards are not transferable or redeemable for cash.

• The California Home & Garden loyalty card is valid at the Lower Hutt branch.

• The loyalty voucher must be redeemed on or before expiry date printed on voucher.

• California Home & Garden reserves the right and has sole discretion to alter or amend any terms or conditions relating to this loyalty scheme at any time.

• The loyalty card must be scanned at the time of purchase in-store in order to receive the rewards voucher.

• You will be required to surrender the rewards voucher when you use it against a purchase.

• The California Home & Garden loyalty card is a membership program which offers dollar based rewards, and from time to time, specials, bonuses and privileges to the members. We will award a voucher for every $100 accumulated, when you present your loyalty card. We reserve the right to either increase or decrease the value of the loyalty card voucher.

• We will notify you of any changes we make by updating the Terms & Conditions on this website.

• In the event of a competition, we might publish names of winners of competitions prizes, unless you advise us otherwise.

• You agree to receive emails regarding special offers, promotions and competitions and other related information form California Home & Garden.

• California Home & Garden will treat all personal information as confidential and will not release details to any outside company for mailing or marketing purposes.

• If you choose to end your membership, please return the loyalty card to one of the California Home & Garden branches.

• Only one loyalty card may be used per transaction.

• Please advise California Home & Garden of any move or change of e-mail address so as to provide a continuous flow of information about loyalty card benefits.

• The California Home & Garden loyalty card takes 24h to become valid.

• Purchases of glasshouses and vouchers are excluded.
